 ​ ​Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance of your session. 

 Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment time can be done via your appointment confirmation or appointment reminder emails.

If you request that an appointment be rescheduled within the 24 hour window prior to your appointment time, a service fee of $25 will be deducted from the initial 50% deposit.

Arriving Late:

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any appointment* in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

*This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a 50% appointment deposit and credit card on file to reserve and guarantee your appointment.

I also reserve the right to require pre-payment for all future appointments due to numerous violations of the 24 hour cancellation policy or a no call/no show on an appointment.
