Hi, I'm Lynn!

Welcome! I'm so glad that you're here!
I’ve been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2012.  In 2020, I opened my business in New Bern, NC to serve clients with craniosacral therapy and massage.  In 2022, I refocused my practice and began specializing in migraines, headaches and chronic pain.  

My mission? TO GIVE CLIENTS LASTING RELIEF FROM MIGRAINES AND HEADACHES!!

In 2011, I received my first professional massage. I realized shortly thereafter what a gift my massage therapist had given me with her skilled hands. I had instant pain relief! This sparked my interest in pursuing massage therapy as a career because I wanted to be able to give the same relief to others with my own hands.  

I graduated from Indiana Therapeutic Massage School in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2012. While attending school, I received extensive training in craniosacral therapy with the world renowned Upledger Institute. I regularly participate in advanced continuing education classes in craniosacral therapy as it has proven to be extremely successful with helping my clients with their migraines and headaches.

I am always excited to help my clients get relief from migraines and headaches, especially when they have dealt with migraines for years and after a few sessions they are migraine free. Even better is when a client comes in with a migraine and by the end of their session, it is completely gone.

That is why I do what I do.

Over the years as a massage therapist, I’ve been given numerous nicknames by my clients. My personal favorites are, “Magic Hands” Lynn, “The Muscle Whisper” and “The Headache Meister”.

When I’m not bringing relief to my clients, you'll catch me reading or listening to a good book, enjoying beach time & collecting sea shells, and traveling to new places.
